I remember one day, when I was ten, I was out in the summertime glare of the Texas sun. I paused, yet for a second, I said to myself,

“Why do You do all the things you do, God?”

No answer to the question…

I went to my next question,

“How do You do it (make them die) to all the many babies that die and go to hell? Why do You do that?”

Still, no answer.

I remember that day above any other, for I had a stroke and then seizures started. I mean I could look back on my life, I could see the 20 years I had put into the military, the time that I had spent there, they didn’t mean anything to me. The time that had ensued following that were exemplary in the world’s eyes. I mean I had succeeded in the dream I had became. The dream of moving to Korea, and becoming involved in a ministry. I was okay, admirable…until the stroke.

The stroke and the seizures were what changed everything.

All the time, from 2009 to 2016, I spent in hatred of what God had done to me.

I spent this time recovering from what I thought God had done to me. I couldn’t speak, except for a few murmuring phrases. More than 25% of my body was numb.

I came across some forms that led me to what I thought were the right way. Well, they really weren’t. They were just people out for a quick buck…

Then came A Course In Miracles. I was blown away. It really wouldn’t be interesting to talk of the six-times I had read the Course. Or, the Courses I took with Pathways of Light to get my Reverend. It’s all up to YOU.

To you, means that you read the book. To you, means that you study the book. To you, means that you and the Holy Spirit are One.
